Ingredients that you’ll need to make a Creamy Coconut Mojito

- White Rum
- Coconut Rum
- Coconut Water
- Simple Syrup
- Cream of Coconut
- Mint
- Lime Juice
- Limes
Try Brugal, one of my favorite white Rums, for an all-around good Rum. Blue Chair Bay has a tremendous coconut-flavored rum with a hint of spice made in Barbados. I tried Blue Chair Bay first in the BVIs and haven’t purchased another brand since.
I find that the cream of coconut when first opened, has separated in the can. I usually pour it into a medium-sized plastic container and whisk it until the cream of coconut is combined and smooth.
Bar Tools
First, you’ll need a muddler to mash your fruit and mint leaves. For freshly squeezed lime juice, try this small juicer. You’ll have the exact measurement every time. Last but not least, a cocktail shaker. You can only have a perfect cocktail with a great shake.

Here is an awesome product to help YOU make the most incredible drinks. Impress your family and friends and be the BEST Cocktail Barista in your neighborhood.

Outdoor Bar Setup

Take this drink outside and enjoy the beautiful summer weather. But don’t bring glass on the boat or near the pool. Try these 20-ounce acrylic glasses (shown below). They are perfect for any outdoor occasion. Remember to put a ‘double’ 2 portions of the Jolly Rancher in the 20-ounce glass. And add lots of ice! If you want a single serving, the 15-ounce acrylic glasses in the photo above are a better choice.
