Ingredients
  

  • 6 Mint leaves
  • 1 Lime Cut into 6 wedges
  • 1 Tablespoon Simple Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 6 Ounces Coconut water
  • 1.5 Ounces Cream of Coconut
  • 2 Ounces White Rum
  • 4 Ounces Coconut Rum
  • Club Soda
  • Mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • When first opened, the coconut cream will be separated in the can. Pour it into a small-sized bowl and whisk until combined and smooth.
  • Muddle the mint leaves, 3 lime wedges and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker, just long enough to release the minty flavor.
  • Add the coconut water, cream of coconut, white and coconut rums, and lime juice to the shaker.
  • Shake well to combine.
  • Fill the glasses with ice, then pour in the strained liquid, dividing evenly.
  • Top with club soda and stir gently.
  • Garnish with lime wedges and mint leaves.
