Pumpkin Spice Lovers – try this Pumpkin Spice Martini Recipe!
Love that pumpkin spice kick? Go ahead and add half an ounce of Pumpkin Spice coffee syrup or swap the original RumChata for RumChata Pumpkin Spice—to turn this creamy martini into a full-on fall flavor bomb.
Personally, I stick with the original RumChata because I’m all about that rich pumpkin flavor with a hint of cinnamon. But it’s your martini—make it your way!

RumChata Pumpkin Pie Martini Ingredients

- Pumpkin Vodka
- RumChata
- Half and Half
- Pumpkin Pie Syrup
- Garnish: Whipped Cream and Ground Cinnamon OR a Caramel Syrup and Cinnamon Sugar Rim
Tips
I’ve found Veil & Pinnacle Vodkas to be excellent, ‘flavored’ vodkas at a reasonable price.
Pumpkin pie syrup or pumpkin spice syrup—what’s the difference?
Pumpkin spice syrup is flavored with warm spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove, but doesn’t actually taste like pumpkin. Pumpkin pie syrup, on the other hand, incorporates both spices and real pumpkin flavor, resulting in a richer, pie-like taste.
For this recipe, pumpkin pie syrup is the winner—it boosts the creamy pumpkin flavor. It makes the Jello Shots taste even more like a slice of your favorite fall dessert.

Bar Tools
Here are some awesome products to help YOU make the most incredible drinks. Impress your family and friends and be the BEST Cocktail Barista in your neighborhood.
Need a great Cocktail Shaker but don’t know which one to buy? Look no further
Martini or cocktail, a good shake makes all the difference in the world so buying a cocktail shaker can seriously step up your at-home drink game. Think about it: no more settling for boring mixed drinks when you can whip up bar-quality cocktails in your kitchen. It’s not just about the fancy presentation (although that’s a fun bonus) but also about how it makes mixing drinks easier and more fun.
I have at least a dozen shakers, but one favorite. The shaker doesn’t leak; you won’t have to hit the shaker against the sink to get the top off, and the cap will measure from 1/2 to 1.5 ounces with clearly marked labels. Measure the perfect amount every time. And it is dishwasher safe!
Plus, once you get the hang of shaking, you’ll feel like a total pro, impressing your friends and yourself with your newfound bartending skills. So why not add a little shake, shake, shake to your life and upgrade your happy hour?
The Right Glass Matters
And don’t forget the chilled martini glass. Nothing is worse than a martini in a warm glass. Check out these 2 that I recommend. Joy Jolt set of 6 martini glasses in multi-colors and Crafthouse by Fortessa, set of 4 martini glasses. They are both dishwasher safe.

Joy Jolt is a short martini glass, great for stacking in the freezer, and the Crafthouse by Fortessa is tall and elegant. Still, finding a safe spot to lay it down in the freezer is harder.

How to Make a RumChata Pumpkin Pie Martini
For an extra frosty martini, chill your glass in the freezer for about 15 minutes before preparing your cocktail.
To Rim the Glass – Optional
Start by rimming your martini glass with caramel syrup and cinnamon sugar.
You can do this easily by squeezing the caramel syrup onto a small plate and spreading it across the plate with the back of a spoon.
Add 2 tablespoons of cinnamon sugar to another small plate.

Place the chilled martini glass face down into the caramel syrup and then into the cinnamon sugar to add a touch of fall flavor.
To Make the Martini
Add the Pumpkin Vodka, RumChata, half and half and Pumpkin Pie Syrup to a shaker half full of ice.
Shake vigorously for 10 seconds then pour the strained ingredients into the martini glass.

Garnishes
- Add a dollop of whipped cream on top for an extra indulgent touch, then lightly dust the top of your martini with ground cinnamon
- Add a Cinnamon Stick for a festive flair

Substitutions
Easily turn this martini into a Pumpkin Spice Martini:
- Replace the Pumpkin Pie Syrup with Pumpkin Spice coffee syrup
- Or replace the original RumChata with RumChata Pumpkin Spice
Dessert in a glass:
- When rimming the glass, replace the cinnamon sugar with crushed graham crackers — it’s pumpkin pie in martini form
Final Thoughts
The RumChata Pumpkin Pie Martini is more than just a drink; it’s an experience. The creamy texture, warm spices, and sweet, smooth finish make it the perfect cocktail to enjoy on a crisp winter night. Whether hosting a spooky Halloween party, a Thanksgiving happy hour, or after your Christmas feast as a dessert cocktail. It’s festive, flavorful, and guaranteed to get guests talking.
Pumpkin season is short, but this martini makes every moment a little more delicious. Whether you’re wearing costumes, carving a turkey, or wrapping presents, a RumChata Pumpkin Pie Martini adds just the right touch of cheer.
Cheers to the holidays—one spicy, creamy sip at a time!
