This Peppermint Martini is made with Vanilla Vodka. Both Stoli and Absolut make excellent mid-priced Vodkas. But it’s the Peppermint Bark RumChata that makes this Martini so unique.

You can’t mix a great martini without a great shaker. I have at least a dozen shakers, but one favorite. The shaker doesn’t leak; you won’t have to hit the shaker against the sink to get the top off, and the cap will measure from 1/2 to 1.5 ounces with clearly marked labels. Measure the perfect amount every time. And it is dishwasher safe!
And remember the chilled martini glass. Nothing is worse than a martini in a warm glass. Check out these 2 that I recommend. Joy Jolt set of 6 martini glasses in multi-colors and Crafthouse by Fortessa, set of 4 martini glasses. They are both dishwasher-safe. Joy Jolt is a short martini glass suitable for stacking on the shelf in the freezer. The Crafthouse by Fortessa is tall and elegant, but more challenging to find a safe spot in the freezer. I love them both!
How to make a Peppermint Martini
Pour the Vanilla Vodka, RumChata, and half & half into a shaker half full of ice and let it sit for a minute. Shake for 15 seconds and pour the strained liquid into a chilled martini glass.
The RumChata Peppermint Martini is the ultimate winter cocktail that combines the refreshing taste of peppermint bark with the comfort of a classic martini. It’s perfect for holiday gatherings, cozy nights by the fire, or whenever you need a little winter warmth.
Why not whip up a batch of these delightful martinis and spread some winter cheer? Cheers to a season filled with warmth, joy, and unforgettable flavors!
