Want something pretty in pink? The pink glitter Gin Martini – I Glitterally Can’t

While in Nashville, TN I went to The Hampton Social for dinner. There Bethany suggested that I try her most popular cocktail, I Glitterally Can’t. I found this drink to be so interesting because it is a Gin Martini but uses strawberry gin and passion fruit liqueur. What a great specialty martini. And I love the pink glitter!!!!! Watch Bethany show you how to make this drink.

You’ll need a strawberry gin, passion fruit liqueur, sparkling rose and lemon juice.

Next the unusual item. In order to make glitter balls you will need a few blueberries and an edible glitter powder made for food and drinks. I found the edible glitter powder here.

Finally, you can’t make a great martini without a great shaker. I have at least a dozen shakers but this one from OXO is by far my favorite. It doesn’t leak, and the cap is a measuring cup that will measure from 1/2 ounce to 1.5 ounces. And it is dishwasher safe! You can’t go wrong with OXO.

And don’t forget the chilled martini glass. Nothing is worse than a martini in a warm glass. Check out these 2 that I highly recommend. Joy Jolt set of 6 martini glasses in multi-colors and Crafthouse by Fortessa, set of 4 martini glasses. They are both dishwasher safe. Joy Jolt is a short martini glass, good for stacking in the freezer and the Crafthouse by Fortessa is tall and elegant. I love them both!
