The Cosmopolitan or ‘Cosmo’, is a Martini made with Vodka, Cointreau, lime and cranberry juice.
I’ve been drinking Cosmos for years. It is an all around great tasting martini made with Vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juice and lime.
To make a Cosmo, pour the Vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juice, and lime juice into a shaker and let it sit for just a minute. Shake well and pour into a martini glass. If you don’t have a good shaker, try this one from OXO.
I found this excellent non-alcoholic triple sec syrup at Amazon. It cost more than what you would pay at the grocery store or Walmart but it’s really nice.
These martini glasses have a stunning double walled design and would make a great holiday gift for the Bartender on your list. You may even like a set as well. There are multiple styles of martini glasses so check these out.
