Ingredients that you’ll need

- White Chocolate Liqueur
- Strawberry Liqueur
Tips
So, let’s keep this simple. You need white chocolate liqueur. I love Godiva but I found another white chocolate liqueur by Borgata that is really tasty and less expensive. The one brand that I’m not crazy about is Van Meer’s. It has a watered-down flavor.
Next the strawberry liqueur. I recently discovered Drillaud when I was browsing the fruit flavored liqueurs in the liquor store. Drillaud makes so many fruit flavors that I can’t help myself and I buy a different flavor every time I stop in the store. They are a great brand for fruit flavored liqueurs. If you like apricot, you will not be disappointed in Drillaud’s Apricot liqueur!

You can’t mix a great martini without a great shaker. I have at least a dozen shakers, but one favorite. The shaker doesn’t leak; you won’t have to hit the shaker against the sink to get the top off, and the cap will measure from 1/2 to 1.5 ounces with clearly marked labels. Measure the perfect amount every time. And it is dishwasher safe!
And don’t forget the chilled martini glass. Nothing is worse than a martini in a warm glass. Check out these 2 that I highly recommend. Joy Jolt set of 6 martini glasses in multi-colors and Crafthouse by Fortessa, set of 4 martini glasses. They are both dishwasher safe. Joy Jolt is a short martini glass, good for stacking in the freezer and the Crafthouse by Fortessa is tall and elegant, but it’s harder to find a good spot to lay it down in the freezer.

Easy Directions
To make the White Chocolate Strawberry Ganache Martini pour the white chocolate & strawberry liqueurs into a shaker filled with ice. Shake for 15 seconds and pour the contents of the shaker into a chilled martini glass. For garnish slice a Pink-a-Boo strawberry and place it on the edge of your martini glass. This easy drink also tastes great over ice.
