Tips
Need to know what champagne to buy? I am not a champagne connoisseur. I’ve tried expensive champagnes like Dom Pérignon, Jouet, and Veuve Clicquot. But I tend to stay under $15 a bottle to create a champagne cocktail. Sweet champagnes are my preference, but until recently, I didn’t know that Brut meant unsweet and Extra Dry sweet. As you can see from the photo, I settled on Korbel Extra Dry.
Prosecco makes an excellent substitution for champagne in cocktails.

You can only have a champagne cocktail with champagne flutes. Well, you can, but it’s just different. If you don’t have any champagne flutes, try these, they are simple yet elegant.
How to make a Passion Fruit Mimosa
Begin by chilling your champagne flute in the freezer for a few minutes. A chilled glass ensures your cocktail stays crisp and refreshing from the first sip to the last.
Once the glass is chilled, pour equal parts cold champagne and passion fruit juice. If you prefer a sweeter cocktail, you can add a splash of simple syrup to taste. However, the natural sweetness of passion fruit juice often suffices.
Gently stir the mixture to combine the ingredients while preserving the champagne’s bubbles.
For a finishing touch, garnish your Passion Fruit Mimosa with a slice of fresh mango or pineapple.

The Passion Fruit Mimosa stands as a testament to the endless possibilities of flavor pairing and innovation. With its blend of champagne’s bubbles and passion fruit’s tropical allure, this cocktail offers a taste of paradise in every sip. Whether enjoyed as a prelude to a special occasion or simply as a means of unwinding after a long day, the Passion Fruit Mimosa will leave a lasting impression.
Cheers to indulgence, sophistication, and crafting the perfect cocktail!
