This Is Too Good Not to Share — Spread the Word Now:

This Cranberry Pineapple Fizz champagne cocktail brings all the charm of a classic champagne punch into one perfectly portioned glass. The bright tartness of cranberry juice pairs beautifully with the tropical sweetness of pineapple juice, while champagne adds elegant bubbles that instantly make the drink feel celebratory. It’s vibrant, refreshing, and just the right balance of fruity and crisp—ideal for marking special moments.

One of the best things about this cocktail is how easy it is to serve. Instead of mixing a whole punch bowl, each glass can be prepared fresh in seconds, making it perfect for both small gatherings and larger celebrations. You get the fun, festive feel of a punch-style drink without worrying about keeping it chilled, stirred, or topped off throughout the event.

You’ll encounter sensory pleasures even before the first sip of the champagne cocktail. First, the sound of the pop of the cork. Then, the tiny bubbles tickle your nose, sending champagne and pineapple aromas into the air.

Tips

Don’t know which champagne to buy? I am not a champagne connoisseur. I’ve tried expensive champagnes like Dom Pérignon, Jouet, and Veuve Clicquot. But I tend to keep it under $15 a bottle for a champagne cocktail. Sweet champagnes are my preference, but until recently, I didn’t know that Brut meant unsweet and Extra Dry sweet. As you can see from the photo, I settled on Korbel Extra Dry.

Prosecco is an excellent swap for Champagne in cocktails, thanks to its fresh, fruity taste and gentler, less intense bubbles.

For a sweeter cocktail increase the pineapple juice to 1/2 ounce.

Need a great Cocktail Shaker but don’t know which one to buy? Look no further

Martini or cocktail, a good shake makes all the difference in the world so buying a cocktail shaker can seriously step up your at-home drink game. Think about it: no more settling for boring mixed drinks when you can whip up bar-quality cocktails in your kitchen. It’s not just about the fancy presentation (although that’s a fun bonus) but also about how it makes mixing drinks easier and more fun.

Easy to Read Measuring Cap - Included

I have at least a dozen shakers, but one favorite. The shaker doesn’t leak; you won’t have to hit the shaker against the sink to get the top off, and the cap will measure from 1/2 to 1.5 ounces with clearly marked labels. Measure the perfect amount every time. And it is dishwasher safe!

Plus, once you get the hang of shaking, you’ll feel like a total pro, impressing your friends and yourself with your newfound bartending skills. So why not add a little shake, shake, shake to your life and upgrade your happy hour?

The Right Glass Matters

champagne flute is an excellent choice because its tall, narrow shape helps keep the bubbles fresh longer and slows them from escaping too quickly. It also lets the aromas rise nicely while showcasing those pretty bubbles, making every sip feel a little more special.

How to Make a Cranberry Pineapple Fizz Champagne Cocktail

Start by thoroughly chilling your champagne, a well-chilled base will enhance the overall experience of your cocktail. While it chills, place your champagne glasses in the freezer for a few minutes. A chilled glass helps preserve the bubbles and elevates the overall drinking experience.

Pour the pineapple and cranberry juices into the chilled champagne flute.

Top it off with no more than 5 ounces of champagne and stir gently.

Add a cherry for garnish.

Note

It would be best if you had champagne flutes that are 8 ounces or less. The larger the champagne flute, the less the recipe will fill your glass. More champagne also changes the cocktail’s taste.

Festive Garnish Ideas to Elevate Your Champagne Cocktail

  • Fresh cranberries and a pineapple wedge – This is a classic and eye-catching choice. A few floating cranberries add holiday sparkle, while a small pineapple wedge or spear hints at the drink’s tropical sweetness.
  • Orange twist or peel – A thin orange peel adds a pop of color and a light citrus aroma, beautifully bridging the tart cranberry and sweet pineapple—simple, elegant, and perfect for special occasions.
  • Sugared cranberries – If you want something extra festive, sugared cranberries on a cocktail pick make a stunning garnish, especially for holiday celebrations. They add a subtle sweetness and look gorgeous in a flute or coupe.
  • Rosemary sprig with cranberries – For winter holidays, a small rosemary sprig paired with cranberries feels seasonal and sophisticated, while adding a gentle herbal aroma without overpowering the drink.
  • If you want to keep it effortless – I’d recommend fresh cranberries with an orange twist—polished, festive, and easy to prep for a crowd.

Final Sip

The Cranberry Pineapple Fizz Champagne Cocktail is a delightful marriage of sophistication and tropical flair. This drink is perfect for any celebration and adds a playful twist to the classic champagne experience. With its visually appealing presentation and refreshing taste, this cocktail will indeed become a favorite at your next gathering.

So, raise your glass and toast to the joy of fizzy fusion. This champagne cocktail brings bold fruit punch flavor and festive sparkle together in one irresistible sip—cheers!
