Want a taste that’s crisp, cool, and refreshing? Try Easy Smoky Tzatziki Cucumbers!
This easy Smoky Tzatziki Cucumbers appetizer has just four ingredients. When I’m in a hurry, I can run to the grocery store, pick up Tzatziki, dill, and cucumber, prepare the appetizer and it will look like I spent all day in the kitchen. Classy, edible, easy, and yummy.

Cucumber is one of those vegetables that go well with just about everything. I even heard that if you eat a cucumber before bed, it will help a hangover! I’ll try that the next time I host a party.

You can use any cucumber, but seedless cucumbers are best—Tzatziki, which I buy prepared, and fresh dill and smoked paprika.

How to make Smoky Tzatziki Cucumbers

First, peel and slice the cucumber. You can cut the cucumber straight across or on a diagonal if you feel adventurous.

Dollop less than a teaspoon of Tzatziki on each slice of cucumber, and use scissors to cut the dill over the Tzatziki. Then sprinkle on the smoked paprika.
You can make this appetizer 2 hours before and keep the prepared cucumbers in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
