Ingredients
  

Martini

  • 2 Oz Coconut Vodka
  • 1/2 Oz Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
  • 1/2 Oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 Oz Espresso

To Rim the Glass

  • 3 Tbs Sweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 2 Tbs Marshmallow Fluff

Instructions
 

  • For an extra frosty martini, chill your glass in the freezer for about 15 minutes before preparing your cocktail.

Make the Espresso

  • Brew a fresh shot of espresso and allow it to cool to room temperature.

Prepare the Martini

  • Add the Coconut Vodka, Kahlúa Coffee Liqueur, Baileys Irish Cream, and espresso to a cocktail shaker half full of ice and set it aside.

Rim the Martini Glass

  • Spread the fluff on a small plate.
  • Add the coconut to another small plate.
  • Roll the rim of your martini glass into the fluff.
  • Then, dip the rim of your martini glass into the coconut.

Shake and Serve

  • Shake the shaker vigorously for 15-20 seconds, then pour the strained contents into the rimmed martini glass.
