Feeling Daring? Want Something Delicious and Dangerous? The Irish Car Bomb!

Making and drinking these St Patrick's Day Irish Car Bomb cocktails will be more fun than you've had in a while. As you drink an Irish Car Bomb, you will first taste the Irish Whiskey's warming kick, the Guinness stout's bitter roasted notes, and, in the end, the sweet, velvety taste of Baileys Irish Cream. They are dangerously delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Ounce Irish Whiskey
  • 1/2 Ounce Baileys Irish Cream
  • 14.9 Ounces Guinness Stout 1 Can

Instructions
 

  • First, pour the Irish Whiskey into a shot glass to the halfway point.
  • Add the Baileys to the Irish Whiskey until the shot glass is almost full.
  • Pop the tab on the can of Guinness and let it sit for a moment.
  • Pour the stout into an official Guinness tulip-shaped pint glass at a 45-degree angle until you have enough to cover the shot glass.
  • Let the beer settle while you wait for the creamy head to form on the top of the stout.
  • Drop the shot glass into the pint of Guinness and immediately drink it down.
