  • 1 20 oz Pimento Cheese
  • 1 10.5 oz Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Bacon Jam
  • 1 Package Phyllo Shells There will be enough jam and pimento cheese to make 2 packages of phyllo shells

Instructions
 

Phyllo Shells Appetizer

  • Take the pimento cheese out of the refrigerator 45 minutes in advance.
  • Place the frozen phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 3 - 4 minutes per the box instructions.
  • When the shells are cool (approximately 15 minutes) fill them with pimento cheese.
  • Add a dollop of hot pepper bacon jam on top of the pimento cheese.
  • Appetizers can be made 2 hours in advance and kept chilled.

Or French Bread Rounds Appetizer

  • Spread each French bread round with pimento cheese.
  • Add a dollop of hot pepper bacon jam on top of the pimento cheese.
