Cooper Island's Endless Summer

This unique Vodka drink is made with lavender syrup. The flavor is enticing, and it has become one of my favorite cocktails. Watch the video of Saturn showing you how to make a perfect Endless Summer.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 Ounces Vodka
  • 1 Ounce Lime juice
  • 1 Ounce Lavender Syrup
  • Club Soda
  • Optional Lavender sprig and lime slice for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Fill a cocktail shaker half full of ice
  • Add the vodka, lavender syrup and lime juice to the shaker and shake gently for 5 seconds
  • Fill a tall glass with crushed ice
  • Pour the strained shaker ingredients into the tall glass with crushed ice
  • Top off with club soda
  • Garnish with lime and lavender, optional
