  • .25 Ounce Lemon juice
  • .5 Ounce Brandy
  • 1 Ounce Tangerine juice or sparkling drink
  • 5 Ounces Champagne

Instructions
 

  • Pour the brandy, lemon and tangerine juices into a shaker half full of ice and shake for 10 seconds.
  • Pour the strained ingredients into a chilled champagne flute.
  • Top off with champagne.
  • Garnish with a fresh mint sprig, optional.
