To Rim the Martini Glass (Optional)
- Salted Caramel Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Kosher Salt
For the Martini
- 1 1/2 Ounces Irish Cream Salted Caramel
- 1 Ounce Butterscotch Schnapps
- 1 Ounce Kahlua
- 1 Ounce Espresso
Instructions
To Rim the Martini Glass
- Start by chilling your martini glass for 15 minutes.
- Squeeze some caramel syrup onto a small plate and spread it across the plate with the back of a spoon.
- Add 2 tablespoons of kosher salt to another small plate.
- Place the chilled martini glass face down into the caramel syrup and then into the salt.
To Make the Martini
- Combine the Irish Cream Salted Caramel, Butterscotch Schnapps, Kahlua, and espresso in a shaker half full of ice.
- Shake vigorously for 10 seconds then pour the strained ingredients into the rimmed martini glass.
