To Rim the Martini Glass (Optional)

For the Martini

  • 1 1/2 Ounces Irish Cream Salted Caramel
  • 1 Ounce Butterscotch Schnapps
  • 1 Ounce Kahlua
  • 1 Ounce Espresso

Instructions
 

To Rim the Martini Glass

  • Start by chilling your martini glass for 15 minutes.
  • Squeeze some caramel syrup onto a small plate and spread it across the plate with the back of a spoon.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of kosher salt to another small plate.
  • Place the chilled martini glass face down into the caramel syrup and then into the salt.

To Make the Martini

  • Combine the Irish Cream Salted Caramel, Butterscotch Schnapps, Kahlua, and espresso in a shaker half full of ice.
  • Shake vigorously for 10 seconds then pour the strained ingredients into the rimmed martini glass.
