The Martini

  • 1 Ounce Honey Syrup
  • 2 Ounces Gin
  • 1 Ounce Mead
  • 1/2 Ounce Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • Slice of Lemon, or a Sprig of Rosemary for Garnish

Honey Syrup

  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Water

Instructions
 

Honey Syrup

  • Mix the honey and water in a small bowl until combined.

Ransom Note Martini

  • Add the honey syrup, gin, mead and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker half full of ice.
  • Let the shaker sit for 1 minute then shake for 15 seconds.
  • Pour the strained ingredients into a chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with a slice of lemon or sprig of Rosemary.
