Ingredients
  

The Martini

  • .5 Ounce Bourbon
  • 1.5 Ounces RumChata
  • 1.5 Ounces Clear Crème de Cacao
  • 1 Ounce Half and Half

To Rim the Glass

  • 2 Tablespoons Agave Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Pecans
  • 1 Tablespoons Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • Whipped Cream and Whole Pecan, Optional

Instructions
 

  • Start by chilling your martini glass.

To Rim the Glass

  • On separate small plates, place 2 tablespoons of Agave Nectar, 1 tablespoon of chopped pecans, and 1 tablespoon of graham cracker crumbs.
  • Dip the glass in the agave nectar first, then into the pecans and graham cracker crumbs.

Pecan Pie Martini

  • Add the Bourbon, RumChata, Creme de Cacao and half and half to a shaker half full of ice.
  • Shake well for 15 seconds to chill.
  • Pour the strained contents of the shaker into the rimmed martini glass.
  • Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a pecan half, optional.
