Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Mild Goat Cheese Room temperature
  • 1/2 Tsp Minced Fresh Rosemary leaves Or Dried Rosemary
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Freshly Ground Pepper to Taste
  • French Bread Rounds or Crackers

Instructions
 

  • Take the goat cheese out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before you are ready to use it.
  • Remove the rosemary needles from the stem and discard the stem. Chop the needles into small pieces.
  • In a small bowl stir together the garlic, salt, rosemary, goat cheese, olive oil and pepper until combined well.
  • Serve with French bread rounds or your favorite crackers.

Notes

The recipe serves 2 - 4 people, perfect for serving when your best friend visits. But it can be made for a small party, serving 8 people if it is the only appetizer or 16 people if there is other food or appetizers.
