Sapphire Spell Martini
- 3/4 Ounce Absolut Vodka
- 1 Ounce Hpnotic
- 1 Ounce Blue Curacao
- 1/2 Ounce Passion Fruit Liqueur
- 1/2 Ounce Non-alcoholic Triple Sec Syrup
To Rim the Glass - Optional
- 2 Tbsp Black Sanding Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Non-alcoholic Triple Sec Syrup
Instructions
- Chill your glass in the freezer for about 15 minutes before preparing your cocktail.
To Rim the Glass - Optional
- Add two tablespoons of black sanding sugar to a small plate.
- Pour a tablespoon of the non-alcoholic triple sec syrup on another small plate and spread it out with the back of a spoon.
- Roll the rim of the martini glass in the syrup, then place it in the sanding sugar.
The Martini
- Pour the vodka, Hpnotic, Blue Curacao, Passion Fruit liqueur, and non-alcoholic triple sec syrup into a shaker half filled with ice.
- Let the mixture sit for 1 minute.
- Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and pour the strained contents of the shaker into the chilled martini glass.
