Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 Ounces Pomegranate Juice
  • 1.5 Ounces Orange Juice
  • .5 Ounce Cointreau
  • 2 Ounces Prosecco or more, depending on your preference for bubbles
  • Garnish with a slice of orange, pomegranate seeds and a sprig of mint Optional

Instructions
 

  • In a cocktail shaker half filled with ice, combine the pomegranate juice, orange juice, and Cointreau.
  • Shake vigorously for 10 seconds, then pour the strained ingredients into a stemless wine glass filled with ice. 
  • Top it off with Prosecco and stir gently.
  • Garnish with an orange wedge, pomegranate seeds and mint leaves, optional.
