Peppermint Bark Jello Shots So Good, Santa Might Trade His Cookies!
Mistletoe kisses and candy cane wishes make for a joyous holiday season. These Peppermint Bark Jello Shots will chill you like the winds from the North Pole, but have a kick that’ll make you feel like Blitzen after Santa’s Christmas party.

Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Whipped Cream Vodka
- 1 Cup Peppermint Bark RumChata
- 2 Envelopes Gelatin There are 4 envelopes in 1 box of Knox Gelatine
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk or Simple Syrup
- Mini Candy Canes or Chocolate Bits for Garnish Optional
Instructions
- Place 16 jello shot cups on a baking sheet.
- Pour the Whipped Cream Vodka and Peppermint Bark RumChata into a large spouted mixing bowl.
- Slowly sprinkle the gelatin on top of the vodka and RumChata mixture making sure to sprinkle it evenly across the top of the liquid.
- Let the gelatin absorb the liquid for 7 minutes.
- In the meantime, boil the water.
- Add the water to the gelatin mixture and stir for 3 minutes.
- Now add the sweetened condensed milk or simple syrup (not both) and stir until combined well.
- Slowly pour the mixture into your jello shot cups until they are 3/4 full.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours before placing the lids on the jello shot cups.
- Jello Shots can be made 2 days in advance and refrigerated until ready to serve.
- Right before serving, add a mini candy cane or chocolate bits to the top of the Jello Shots.
Notes
To make Peppermint flavored Jello Shots, replace the Whipped Cream Vodka and Peppermint Bark RumChata with 1.5 cups of Peppermint Vodka, increase the water to 1.25 cups, and follow the Jello Shot instructions.
