I first came across this cocktail on the island of Curaçao, and it instantly felt like vacation in a glass. It’s known as the Playa Forte Signature Cocktail, inspired by the beautiful views from Playa Forte Restaurant. Ingredients
  

  • 1 Ounce Vodka
  • 1 Ounce Blue Curaçao
  • 3 Ounces Pineapple Juice
  • Garnish with a Slice of Pineapple & Cherry

Instructions
 

  • Fill a tall glass with ice.
  • Add the pineapple juice and then the vodka to the glass.
  • Slowly pour the Blue Curaçao onto the top of the ice.
  • Garnish with a slice of pineapple and cherry.
