Ingredients for My Charcuterie Board

  • 1 Package Boar's Head Charcuterie Meats 1/2 to 3/4 pound
  • 1 Package Brie Small piece
  • 1 Package Goat Cheese 4 ounces
  • 1 Package Black Pepper BellaVitano Cheese
  • 1 Red Pear Sliced
  • 1 Small Bunch of Grapes
  • 1 Package Kalamata Deli Olives
  • Crackers

Instructions
 

  • Start with the cheeses spaced out across the board.
  • Then add your meats—fold or roll them and tuck them in between the cheeses for a full, layered look.
  • Fill in the gaps with fruit, olives, and pickled vegetables.
  • Finish by adding crackers or bread on the side.
