  • 2 Cans Mexican Corn 15.25 Ounces
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Cup Shredded Coby Jack Cheese
  • Tostitos Chips

Instructions
 

Prepare the Mexican Corn

  • Start by draining your Mexican or fiesta-style corn.
  • Add it to a mixing bowl along with the mayonnaise, shredded Parmesan, and Colby Jack cheese.
  • Give everything a good stir until it’s fully combined.

Serving Cold
