Take the goat cheese out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before you are ready to prepare the recipe.
Remove the rosemary needles from the stem and chop.
In a small bowl stir together the garlic, salt, rosemary, goat cheese, olive oil and pepper.
Serve with French Bread Rounds or your favorite crackers.
The recipe serves 2 people, perfect for serving when your best friend comes to visit. But it can be made for a small party, serving 8 people if it is the only appetizer or 16 people if there is other food or appetizers.
16 oz Goat Cheese
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Tsp Minces Rosemary leaves
6 Tbsp Olive Oil
This appetizer can be made a day in advance and kept in the refrigerator. Take it out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before use. It can be served with French Bread rounds or your favorite crackers.
