I’ll be honest with you, I’m a terrible chopper. I have a Cuisinart Mini Prep Plus Electric Food processor and a Cuisinart Prep Express Manual Food processor. Sometimes, when I use the electric food processor, things get out of control, and the vegetables look like mush. I know it’s not the fault of the food processor; I’m sure it’s just me, operator error. Okay, we all can’t be perfect!

When I make my olive tapenade, I like to use the Cuisinart Prep Manual Food Processor because I can control how fine the olives are chopped. I like the olives chopped medium in my olive tapenade, so you can see the olives and capers. For this job, I prefer the manual food processor.
