At Easy Drinks and Appetizers, the goal is to make something quick and easy. That is because sometimes I’m lazy or don’t have the time to fuss. It happens to the best of us.
Let’s use lemon juice, for example. Occasionally, I just pull the bottle of lemon juice from the refrigerator, measure, and pour. Most often, though, I want fresh lemon juice, so I need a reliable lemon squeezer.
Fresh lemon juice is a must if I make a Lemon Drop Martini, my favorite martini. In that case, you don’t want to squeeze the lemons by hand; it doesn’t work so well. Instead, I’ve invested in a couple different lemon squeezers.
I have 3 because you never know when you may want a Lemon Drop Martini and the lemon squeezer is in the dishwasher!

Lemon squeezers will range from $6 to $25, depending on which one you get. I recommend this one.
