Champagne Royale – Boring bubbly? Amp it up with the sweet juicy taste of Chambord!
There is nothing more blissful than a raspberry liqueur, and Chambord is one of the best. Imagine mixing this with Champagne. The light and airiness of the champagne works well with Chambord. Champagne Royale, amp up your night.
You’ll encounter sensory pleasures even before the first sip of the champagne cocktail. First, the sound of the pop of the cork. Then the tiny bubbles tickle your nose, sending champagne and raspberry aromas into the air.

This easy champagne cocktail is perfect for any occasion. Enjoy it with your friends on Galentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, Valentine’s Day, and any day of the year when you want to serve something delectable to that special person in your life. Any holiday is right for Champagne Royale.

Ingredients you’ll need to make the Champagne Royale

This exotic and easy Champagne Royale cocktail is made with Chambord and Champagne.
Need to know what champagne to buy? I am not a champagne connoisseur. I’ve tried expensive champagnes like Dom Pérignon, Jouet, and Veuve Clicquot. But if I’m mixing champagne, I tend to stay under $15. Sweet champagnes are my preference, but until recently, I didn’t know that Brut meant unsweet and Extra Dry sweet. As you can see from the photo, I settled on Korbel Extra Dry.
Bar Tools

You can’t have a champagne cocktail without champagne flutes. Well, you can, but it’s just not the same. If you don’t have any champagne flutes, try these, they are simple yet elegant.
How to make Champagne Royale
Pour the Chambord into the champagne flute and top it off with champagne. Now enjoy the bubbles.
